We believe that “flawless service” should be the standard. Not only do you deserve flawless service from us on each and every weekly visit—we guarantee you will receive it. Our weekly “Tranquility Report” emailed to you, verifies that the level of service we promise has been delivered. But if for any reason you believe we have not given you flawless service, please contact us immediately and we will return within 1 day to correct any flaws. Further, if we do not deliver flawless service, you will not be obligated (and rightly so), to pay for that service call.
